Returns & Refunds

Port of Bones

At Port of Bones, each ceramic piece is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, glaze, and form are part of the character of handmade pottery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of handmade pottery, exchanges are not always possible. If an exchange is available, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as final sale


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
